The VinyLoop® process has proved to be one of the most efficient recycling methods available for regenerating composites structures containing at least 70% of PVC.
The process separates the PVC compound from other materials (other plastics, rubber, metal, textile and others) by selective dissolution and filtration. It precipitates it into micro granules of PVC compound. Its unique process was recently upgraded with a centrifuge decanter. This is a state of the art filtration system achieves these results in order to separate further contamination and enhance the quality of R-PVC.

The Vinyloop® process is using a solvent which runs in a closed loop. The regenerated PVC compound can be processed by extrusion, injection or calendering.
