Fluoro/Perfluoroelastomers 

Tecnoflon® FKM Base Resistant grades are a special class of peroxide curable grades, designed to resist to most of the harsher alkaline solutions specified in the chemical and process industry as well as in the latest gear lubricants, engine oil and ATF.

Tecnoflon® FKM Ionic Curable grades are the ionic curable copolymers and terpolymers having a Fluorine content range from 66% to 70%. Designed to match automotive, industrial and aerospace applications. Cure incorporated and rubber-to-metal bonding grades are available for all the molding techniques. The HS copolymers are designed for low post cure cycles.

Tecnoflon® FKM Low Temperature grades are a wide portfolio including ionic and peroxide curable grades with TR10 range from -40°C to -19°C. Especially designed for sealing solutions in oil drilling in cold environment as well as in the latest automotive engine technologies i.e. methane, LPG, CNG or diesel direct injection.

A special highlight for VPL Peroxide Curable grades, able to withstand the most stringent specifications for automotive and oil field applications, with tR10 down to -40°C.

Tecnoflon® FKM Peroxide Curable grades are the best-in-class chemical resistance grades, with %F content range from 67% to 70%, designed to produce O-rings, shaft-seals, turbo charger hoses and complex shapes for the automotive and chemical process industry. The peroxide curable grades show excellent process ability either by injection or compression molding.

Tecnoflon® PFR FFKM perfluoroelastomers show the ultimate performance among all elastomers. They are resistant to nearly every chemical class with some grades offering heat resistance over 300°C, making Tecnoflon® PFR the best material of choice for high demanding sealing applications. Market specific grades have been specially developed to answer the stringent requirements of the semiconductor, oil & gas and chemical processing industries.
