Vinyls
The advantage of using PVC for floor and wall coverings are numerous:
- Its versatility: PVC can be used to produce a vast range of different patterns and designs and embossing (such as imitation of parquet, tiles, marble etc.).
- Its easy installation, maintenance and cleanability
- The room comfort it provides by helping to retain heat and reduce external noise.
They are the favorite choice of high-end floors for hospital corridors, patient rooms, and surgical rooms, but also in Olympic sports arenas.
Acrylic and polyurethane lacquers are used to insure the durability of the wall coverings and flooring aesthetic. An excellent adhesion between PVC-based substrates and inks is ensured by the use of PVC, either as a copolymer for solvent-based or latex for water-based inks and varnishes.
